SOP Review
The first and major project to start will include revision of the Metabonomics SOP and Erwin’s Thesis. The large amounts of information will be compiled from various sources to include lab notebooks and electronic data and will be consolidated to a single source on the lab-wiki. The information will be edited and expanded as required for clarification and standardization purposes.
Operator Certification
In an effort to stay current in the SOP and gain practical NMR experience I will regularly schedule time on the 600MHz spectrometer for practice purposes for both Victoire and I. I anticipate once every other week or as time permits.
